In this German for medical professionals course, you will receive a course program specially tailored to the needs of foreign doctors.
You will deal with the German language at level C1 and learn important grammatical constructions, such as participial attributes, as well as medical terminology, including learning how to hold specialist discussions with doctors or nursing staff and patients in German, how to write reports (doctor’s letters) and fill out medical history forms. You will also learn about the structure and content of the examination and simulate examination situations.
In very practical lessons, our course participants learn all the important language structures and how to use the German language confidently and professionally.
The aim of the German course for physicians is to prepare you for the specialist medical language examination Fachensprachprüfung Medizin (FSP) at the Bayerische Landesärztekammer (Bavarian Medical Association) and other federal states in Germany.
