ASL is a certified test centre for the following exams:
At the end of each course, the participant takes an exam which corresponds to the appropriate level on the six-level scale of competence laid down in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). If the student passes the examination, they’ll be awarded a certificate.
The telc A1 exam can be necessary for certain participants to obtain a residence permit.
The DTZ exam (German test for Immigrants) is taken at the end of the integration course at level B1.
The LID exam (Living in Germany) is taken at the end of the orientation course.

The Foundation Course entry test is carried out by the Institute in question. ASL offers specialised intensive courses in order to prepare properly for this examination.

The telc B2 examination is required to obtain a work permit for the medical professions such as nursing.
